Making this Caesar Salad Dressing is very easy and will only take about five minutes of your time. The ingredients required are listed below.

3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1x tsp of Worcestershire
1x tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
2x cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 tsp of salt
1/8 tsp of pepper
2x tbsp of Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of milk

Making a salad dressing won’t get any easier than this! Just mix all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together. That’s it! Your Caesar Salad Dressing is now ready!

Commercial mayonnaise usually contains high amount of fat (about 75% fat). Consider using ‘low fat’ mayonnaise, which is made from starches and cellulose gel mostly, if you want to cut down the fat and cholesterol intake.

If you want to add some extra flavor, you could try adding anchovy paste. Also, try adding an extra table spoon of lemon juice if you like having more lemon taste in your salad dressing. After you try this out, do not forget to share your thoughts and tell us about any additional ingredients you may have tried to enhance its flavor.
