Whisk well and set aside. – In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad except the cilantro. Add salad dressing and toss well. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.

I don’t like any kind of salad dressing and the thought of a cold bowl of veggies doesn’t sound too appetizing. I wonder if there is such a thing as a salad substitute?
You Need: 1 pkg. Garden Pasta (the red, green and white curly noodles) 1 pkg. Tortellini (any flavor) 1 bottle Italian Salad Dressing (any flavor) tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions. Black Olives optional. Cook noodles with Tortellini about 5 min on low. Rinse with cold water. Chop up tomatoes, cucmbers and red onions. Mix with Salad Dressing. Keep refrigerated.
