Honey Mustard Dressing
Suitable for a grilled chicken salad.
Servings: Makes 1 1/2 cups dressing
• 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise *
• 1/4 cup prepared mustard
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice. Store covered in the refrigerator.
* Decrease mayonnaise for a dressing with a more tart bite.

Garlic Dressing Recipe –
Good on just about any salad!
* 3 garlic cloves, crushed
* 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
* 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
* 2 Tablespoons honey
* 1/3 cup distilled water
* 1 lemon, freshly juiced
* 3/4 teaspoon Mrs Dash salt-free seasoning
* 2 Tablespoons chopped chives
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse on high until well mixed.
2. Makes 2 cups.
