Totally 100% Raw Corn on the Cob, Tomato Slices, Cucumber Chunks & Cilantro… spritzed with Lime Juice ❤ * I ngredients * …missing quantities are up to you for this one!… — Raw Corn on the Cob (yes, totally raw, NOT even so much as lightly steamed…although if you need to steam them, we won’t tell anyone…) — Beefsteak Tomatoes — Cucumbers* — 1 bunch of Cilantro — 1 Lime *unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic * P reparation * — 1) Shuck the corn, and lay out on what will be each person’s lunch or dinner plate. — 2) Slice the beefsteak tomatoes into very large pieces & slice the cucumbers lengthwise into quarters, setting all sliced tomatoes & cucumbers along side the shucked ears of corn. — 3) Chop the cilantro into large pieces, and divide among all of the plates as well. — 4) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the lime over everything on each plate, but concentrating most heavily on the cilantro and the corn. — 5) Serve, and enjoy! * I nspiration * — I wanted to share with you a REAL raw food meal, meaning one that is more typical for a REALLY quick and simple raw food dinner. In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make an old standby, Three Bean Salad. It is healthy and delicious and certainly quick and easy to make! Ingredients: 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper–Note: You may substitute 1/2 cup chopped green or 1/2 cup chopped red pepper for the two individual 1/4 -cup measures of the two different kinds. 14.5 oz. can cut green beans, drained 14.5 oz. can cut wax beans, drained 14.5 oz. can dark red kidney beans (repeated drained and rinsed with water) in a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped red pepper. Mix well. Drain all 3 cans of beans and add them to the dressing. Stir gently, until all flavors are intermingled. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Pour from mixing bowl into a serving bowl. Serve cold. If you put this in a pretty, clear serving bowl, it will look dramatic and tasty! And, remember, it is *very* healthy and slimming!!!

Free Raw Food Recipes * Raw Vegan Recipes * Stuffed Pepper Recipe * Raw Food Diet Menu * ❤ Raw Stuffed Red Peppers “Samosas” ❤ * I ngredients * — 1 head of Cauliflower, broken up into florets — 5 cloves of Garlic, freshly peeled — 1 bunch of fresh Chives, lightly chopped — Corn on the cob, 2 cups worth, cut straight off the cob — Extra Veggies you have on hand that need to be eaten (I had fresh peas from the garden, and 1 chopped red pepper) — 4 Red Peppers, tops cut off & centers hollowed out — OPTIONAL: Sea Salt, Hot Peppers, Avocado, Hemp Seeds, Olive Oil, etc. for more flavor, and/or fat, but *only* if you really need it! =) — Edible Flowers, for the garnish, if you are able * P reparation * — 1) Lightly blend cauliflower florets and garlic cloves together in a food processor until the consistency and appearance is something along the lines of couscous or quinoa. — 2) Add the freshly chopped chives, and lightly mix in food processor just until chives are evenly distributed. — 3) Transfer to a bowl, and with a mixing spoon mix in the 2 cups of corn, as well as any other extra veggies you have on hand which need to be eaten, and any of the optional ingredients that you might want to add today. — 4) Scoop resulting mixture into the 4 hollowed out red peppers. — 5) Garnish with edible flowers. — 6) Serve and enjoy! * I nspiration * — Get a better vision for yourself! — See yourself as fit, trim, healthy & ripped as you want to be! ❤ You Like? …then Please Subscribe …

In this video, Betty describes how to make an Exquisite Chefs Salad. This recipe uses the Baked Flour Tortilla Cups and the Homemade Russian Dressing from my two previous uploads, and it also include fresh, green shredded lettuce, ham strips, turkey strips, Swiss cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and Roma tomatoes. It is presented in exquisite style! Ingredients (Use the amount you need to make the number of salads you want): baked flour tortilla cups (Please see my Baked Flour Tortilla Cups for the recipe.) iceberg lettuce, washed, dried with paper towel, and shredded baked ham (can be slices from the deli or leftovers, then cut into strips about ¼ inch wide and 1 ½ inches long) oven roast turkey (can be slices from the deli or leftovers, then cut into strips about ¼ inch wide and 1 ½ inches long) shredded Swiss cheese hard-boiled eggs, cut in quarters, lengthwise Roma tomatoes, washed and dried with paper towel and cut in quarters or sixths, lengthwise, depending on the size Russian salad dressing (Please see my Homemade Russian Salad Dressing for the recipe—or use a bottled dressing of your choice.) On a serving plate, place desired amount of shredded lettuce at the center. On top of the lettuce, place 3 baked flour tortilla cups, with conical tips meeting and radiating out from the center. This salad has chickpeas (garbanzo beans), English cucumber, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, cherry tomato halves, cilantro and some spices, and is drizzled with lighter flavor olive oil. It is colorful and appealing, and you can have quite a large serving without spoiling your New Year’s diet! Ingredients: 16 oz. can chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed, and dried with a paper towel 1/2 English cucumber, sliced in half-slices (You may use a regular cucumber, if you prefer.) 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 of a 10-oz. container of grape tomatoes, halved (You may use cherry tomatoes.) 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper (You may use freshly ground black pepper.) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup lighter flavor olive oil Drain and rinse a 16-oz. can of chick peas, Pat dry with a paper towel. Place into a large mixing (or serving) bowl. Add 1/2 of and English cucumber, sliced into half-slices, 1/2 chopped green bell pepper, 1/2 chopped red bell pepper, 1/2 of a 10-oz. container of halved grape tomatoes, and 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Stir to combine. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt over the top. Stir again, to combine flavors.
